Author and Submission Guidelines
Brief Important Note:
We request authors to submit your paper WITHOUT AUTHOR and AFFILIATION DETAILS! After acceptance, when CRC copy will be requested, then only add author and affiliation details. This is in accordance to Springer guidelines for double blind review process. 
Springer-LNEE and ICCTE-2025 criteria for selection of a paper:

- All papers must be novel and not simultaneously submitted to another conference/journal.
- All the manuscripts (without author and affiliation details/ blind) should be submitted via Microsoft CMT in DOCX (WORD)/PDF format as per the Springer format (Word/Latex).
- Authors should ensure that the similarity score / plagirism index of their research paper is not above 15%.
- Submission of manuscript to the conference will imply the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper.
- At least two independent reviewers will need to review and approve a paper.
- A reviewer should be given not more than 5 papers.
- All the review reports should be submitted to Springer as soon as they will become available (after the notification of acceptance)
- Plan for acceptance of maximum 50 papers.
- Most of the papers should be around 10 or more pages. Not to accept 5 – 7 pages’ short papers.
- Try to get at least 20 – 30% papers from international authors. Request international committee members to help in getting papers from their institutions and community.
- Do not accept more than 5 papers from host institution.
- Do not accept more than 4 papers from the same institution.
- Do not accept more than 2 papers from same author or same set (group) of authors.
- Thoroughly check for machine generated content
- The Registration fee covers publication of paper of up to 12 pages, conference kit, working lunch, tea and participation in the technical session. For each extra page the author has to pay INR 500 ($25 for foreign author).

Preparing your proceedings paper:
- For authors convenience, here it is summarized how a proceedings paper for Springer-LNEE should be structured ( i.e. headings, figures, references) should be formatted and also some insight on how your paper will be typeset at Springer Nature.
- The PDF of the Authors Guidelines can be downloaded here or as part of the zip files containing the complete sets of instructions and templates for the different text preparation systems.
- Springer Nature has developed LaTeX style files and Word templates to help you prepare your paper. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but Word templates are also available below.
Content that may be harmful to human population groups:
We believe that authors, editors, reviewers and publishers need to be mindful about research and its dissemination that may potentially harm population groups, as a result of discrimination in the assumptions or framing, methodology, interpretation or presentation of the research. We achieve this by presenting principles and guidelines intended to assist those considering the interests of population groups and also ethical aspects of various forms of discrimination.

Integrity practice at Springer Nature:
As an author, you are responsible for the integrity of your work, and as such:
- You should adhere to the standards as set out in our individual code of conduct and publishing policies.
- You should review these as you are preparing your paper before submitting your manuscript.
Chapter author contract:
- Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer Nature publishing agreement.
- Modified agreements are not acceptable.
- The corresponding author signs the agreement and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors, having gained their permission to do so.
- We will ask you for exclusive publication and dissemination rights. This will give you the best protection under copyright law. Learn more about publication and dissemination rights.
The corresponding author must be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that once a paper has been delivered to Springer Nature, changes relating to the authorship of the paper cannot be made. Authors’ names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.
Obtaining permission for use of third-party content:
Third-party content is any content that has been reproduced, derived or adapted from other sources.
What to consider when using third-party content:
- You should only use third-party content if it is strictly necessary.
- If you do intend to use third-party content in your manuscript, please review the information provided on our third-party permissions guidelines and enclose the permissions checklist in the final manuscript files.
- Springer Nature is not able to give you legal advice and the information provided is to be considered as guidance. If in doubt, you should always seek your own independent legal advice.

ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) distinguishes you from every other researcher ensuring you receive proper credit for your work. We recommend that you apply for an ORCID and encourage authors to do likewise.
