The conference committee has arranged a Panel Discussion on Day 3, November 22, 2025 at Darjeeling. The event will be hosted by St. Joseph's College, Darjeeling at M. R. Auditorium in the college premises. The organizers, resource persons and all interested delegates will start for Darjeeling at 7:00 am on 22 November, 2025, from the Department of Computer Science & Technology, NBU. Visiting delegates will have a one-night halt (i.e. 22nd November, 2025) and shall reach Siliguri on November 23, 2025 in the evening. The itinerary will include visit to various places of interest while returning to Siliguri. All willing delegates are requested to put down their consents at the earliest so that the organizers will be able to make arrangements for their stay on time. Estimated expenses (to be borne by the delegates) will be Rs. 4000/ person that shall include travel, fooding and lodging only.
